Description
The Zambian Fleet and Border Operations Manager reports to the Head of Operations and serves as the single point of contact for Zambia-based fleet and border operations. The role coordinates trip execution, local-authority engagement, permits and compliance, client progress updates, operational complaints, incident response, staff performance, recruitment, onboarding, trip-data analysis, and operational reporting. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational/logistics experience, at least five years of regional or cross-border logistics experience, familiarity with customs and border procedures, transport-management-system proficiency, and experience managing cross-functional operational teams.
