Description
The Operations Lead supports Apple Store Leadership by maintaining store operational readiness, inventory, presentation, preservation, technology, merchandising, health and safety, cash management, and performance standards. The role coordinates with Operations, Technology, and Merchandising teams; manages preservation work orders and supply budgets; interprets performance data; addresses team concerns; and energizes team members toward store goals. The position requires retail or sales experience, experience mentoring or leading others, availability for nights, weekends, and public holidays, and the ability to lift and carry product.
