Description
The Operations Lead will oversee the day-to-day safe and efficient operation of an Enko Bonanjo school campus, including facilities and maintenance, procurement and supplier management, logistics and inventory, security and health and safety, budget and cost control, administrative compliance, and support for operational projects and school events. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of operations, administration, facilities or logistics experience, supplier and budget management experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
