Fuse is hiring a full-time Site Operations Manager to run the end-to-end operations of its Albuquerque radiation effects testing site. The role owns staffing, scheduling, budget, vendors, contractors, maintenance, safety, compliance, customer coordination, and risk mitigation while building operating systems and teams to scale the site. It requires at least five years of experience in a fast-moving startup, hardware, manufacturing, or complex industrial environment, full-time availability in Albuquerque, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance; medical, dental, and vision coverage are provided.
