Description
The Operations Lead oversees grain operations and projects across one or more locations, supervising logistics, inventory, blending, train staging and loading, maintenance, safety, and facility expansion. The role also manages capital project budgets, supports grain sales and origination, mentors team members, and aligns operational strategies with business goals. Candidates must have strong grain-operations leadership experience, advanced knowledge of inventory, quality, blending, and logistics, and a Class A CDL with applicable endorsements or the ability to obtain one.
