The role involves combining technical leadership and team management with hands-on engineering work, focusing on hardware aspects such as systems architecture, integration, and complex problem-solving. The Operations Lead will also conduct research on defensive cyber operations tactics, lead a distributed technical team, identify functional requirements, serve as a senior technical interface for customer engagements, and coordinate various technical activities.
