Description
The Operations Lead reports to the Assistant Store Manager and supports store operations, sales, customer experience, staffing, training, compliance, safety, and productivity. Responsibilities include opening and closing, front-end processes, task management, freight handling, stocking, inventory control, loss prevention, and coaching team members. The role requires open availability for nights and weekends, a high school diploma or equivalent, a background check, and the ability to lift and move merchandise in a warehouse-format store.
