Description
Rise is seeking an Operations Lead, Mexico to oversee its Mexico City office and serve as the connection between Mexico-based employees and U.S. leadership. The role combines office and agency operations, workforce planning, culture and employee engagement, client and business leadership, media planning and buying oversight, vendor and facilities management, and support for operational efficiency and revenue growth. The position requires Mexican citizenship, three days per week in the Mexico City office, bilingual Spanish-English proficiency, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and 10–15+ years of leadership experience in a media agency or related industry.
