Description
The Operations Lead (Part-Time) reports to the Assistant Store Manager and supports store operations, sales, customer experience, staffing, training, compliance, safety, and inventory processes. Responsibilities include opening and closing, task management, freight processing, stocking, merchandising, coaching, and maintaining store standards. The role requires open availability for nights and weekends, a high school diploma or equivalent, a background check, and the ability to lift and move merchandise in a warehouse-format store.
