The Operations Lead – PT supports store operations and an active selling culture by performing opening and closing procedures, coordinating staffing, managing task assignments, training and coaching team members, supporting customer satisfaction and inventory control, processing freight, and stocking merchandise. The role requires open availability for nights and weekends, a high school diploma or equivalent, a background check, and the ability to lift and move merchandise in a warehouse-format store.
