Description
The Operations Lead (Part-Time) reports to the Assistant Store Manager and supports store operations, sales, customer experience, staffing, training, compliance, safety, and inventory processes. Responsibilities include opening and closing, front-end operations, task management, freight processing, stocking, merchandising, coaching, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse-format store. The role requires open availability for nights and weekends, a high school diploma or equivalent, a background check, and the ability to lift and move merchandise.
