Description
The part-time Operations Lead reports to the Assistant Store Manager and supports store operations, sales, staffing, customer experience, inventory, safety, loss prevention, and freight processes. Responsibilities include opening and closing, task management, training and coaching, stocking, end-cap maintenance, and maintaining store standards. The role requires availability for nights, weekends, and some holidays, the ability to lift and move merchandise, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
