Description
ALO is hiring an Operations Lead to support store profitability and efficiency through inventory management, operational execution, visual standards, reporting, budgeting, vendor and facility management, and staff leadership. The role partners with Operations and Visual Managers, oversees Operations Associates, evaluates performance, and opens and closes the store. It requires at least two years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, strong communication and decision-making skills, physical ability to move throughout the store and lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for opening, closing, weekend, and holiday-season shifts.
