AFL is hiring an Operations Leader to oversee production-line operations in its telecommunications manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for production, quality, EHS metrics, line layout, personnel management, equipment use, continuous improvement, new-product support, and compliance with TL9000 and ISO14000 certifications. Candidates need an engineering education, B2–C1 English, and at least five years of experience in a similar position, with manufacturing, fiber-optic, lean, problem-solving, and quality-control experience preferred or relevant.
