Arconic is hiring an Operations Leader for its Kawneer business in Visalia, California. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role manages a team of 20+ employees across Material Handling, Shipping/Receiving, and Boxing, with responsibility for safety, 5S, operational goals, employee development, process improvement, inventory accuracy, recycling, and production scheduling. The position requires a bachelor's degree or 10 years of Kawneer manufacturing experience as a department lead, at least five years of supervisory manufacturing experience, and U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available. The base salary range is 72,000–95,000.
