Description
The role leads end-to-end warehousing and transportation operations across India, managing import logistics, customs clearance, warehouse networks, freight procurement, carrier management, inventory accuracy, KPIs, regulatory compliance, risk management, digitalization, and third-party logistics partnerships. It also leads and develops a team of Operations Managers. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 12–14 years of progressive operations management experience, including 5–7 years in a leadership role within a med-tech, FMCG, or pharmaceutical setting, and is based in Gurgaon, India.
