IKEA Kuching is hiring an Operations Leader to lead, coach, and develop Operations Associates across Customer Experience and Fulfilment. The role coordinates daily Goods Flow and Self-Checkout operations, plans people and resources, monitors performance, handles escalations, and ensures compliance with safety, security, and risk-management requirements. The position also acts as a Duty Manager during assigned shifts and works with Commercial, IKEA Food, and Business Navigation to improve the customer experience and operational performance.
