The role leads geographically diverse teams, manages production plans and operational metrics, coordinates maintenance and capital budgets, supports capital project design and commissioning, oversees emergency preparedness and response, manages internal and external stakeholders, and owns area compliance reporting. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, ten years of leadership experience, ten years of oil and gas experience, knowledge of natural gas gathering, compression, processing, and marketing, and a valid driver's license.
