Veolia is hiring a permanent Operations Supervisor in Manizales to oversee collection and transportation routes, street and public-area sweeping, illegal-debris removal, special services, and CLUS activities. The role plans and dispatches staff and vehicle assignments, monitors route compliance and GPS data, resolves control-center alerts, manages vehicle reassignments, and evaluates shift closeouts. Candidates need an industrial, environmental, or logistics engineering degree, A2 and C2 driver's licenses, a motorcycle, and at least two years of supervisory experience.
