Description
The Prediction Market Operations Manager will own the overall operations strategy for Binance’s Prediction Market business, driving growth, user participation, liquidity, market health, and conversion across acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion. The role will manage event-driven market categories, coordinate with product, marketing, data, and technology teams, monitor and optimize metrics, conduct market and competitor research, and build scalable operational frameworks. The position requires strong operations, growth, or product operations experience, familiarity with prediction markets and liquidity mechanisms, strong data and cross-functional skills, and fluency in Chinese and English.
