INNIO is hiring an Operations Leader – Generator & Unit Assembly Operations to establish and grow its new Jenbacher assembly operation in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The role leads day-to-day generator and unit assembly, production planning, staffing, safety, quality, KPIs, continuous improvement, and cross-functional coordination while developing technicians and shop-floor culture. The leader will also complete an initial training assignment at the Jenbacher manufacturing operation in Jenbach, Austria, and requires at least five years of experience leading teams in complex mechanical, electrical, engine, generator, heavy equipment, automotive, industrial equipment, or engineered-product assembly.
