The Operations Leader leads and develops cross-functional maintenance and production teams in an Arconic Business System environment, setting performance goals, monitoring workflows, coaching employees, managing schedules and personnel files, ensuring safety, environmental, ISO 14001, and quality compliance, controlling supply expenses, and driving continuous improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of supervisory or project management experience, three years of manufacturing experience, and United States work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
