Description
Legrand is hiring an Operations Leadership Development Program Associate to join the LNA Corporate Team and develop future operations leadership. The role implements and improves manufacturing processes, supports quality and process improvement efforts, leads productivity and lean projects, and rotates through technical, supervisory, and project-based assignments across multiple business units. The associate will work with manufacturing associates, engineers, supervisors, planners, and other stakeholders, present project results to senior leadership, and may travel domestically and internationally and relocate.
