Description
Emerson is seeking participants for a manufacturing and supply chain leadership development program. Participants complete 3–4 rotational assignments across production operations, materials and supply chain management, distribution center operations, and continuous improvement, with increasing leadership responsibility. The program includes training in manufacturing leadership, Lean, financial performance, people leadership, and strategic decision-making, along with executive mentorship and program sponsorship. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in an industrial, supply chain, operations, mechanical, or business-related field, 0–5 years of relevant experience, willingness to relocate between sites, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
