Description
Xylem is hiring participants for its three-year Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP), a rotational program for recent university graduates in Operations and Supply Chain Management. Participants complete one-year rotations across functions such as Lean Manufacturing, Materials Management, Purchasing, Production Planning, and Logistics, while applying analytical and problem-solving skills, participating in training and performance evaluations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The program begins in July 2027 and requires a bachelor’s degree in an operations-related field, a minimum 3.0 GPA, relevant internship or co-op experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a commitment to a career in Operations, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
