Description
Carrier is hiring for its three-year Operations Leadership Program, which includes three 12-month rotations across North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, and/or Florida. Participants will work across Carrier’s climate solutions business units, lead continuous-improvement initiatives, support global sourcing and supplier development, apply manufacturing and lean principles, and develop cross-functional networks. The program requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 2–3 years of relevant experience or a qualifying graduate-enrollment candidate, US work eligibility without sponsorship, a GPA of at least 3.0, geographic mobility, and the ability to start in June 2027. The annual salary is $53,000–$106,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
