Description
The First Mile Learning Coordinator will drive continuous performance improvement across Amazon's First Mile External Fulfillment operations in Brazil by defining learning objectives, conducting training needs assessments, executing training strategies for external partners, station leadership, and UTR/OTR teams, conducting on-site Gemba walks and peak-period coaching, and measuring training effectiveness through before-and-after performance analysis. The role requires collaboration with global and local stakeholders, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, fluent English, and experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field; LMS and learning-design experience are preferred.
