Amazon is hiring a Learning Manager for its Fulfilment Centre in Pabianice, Poland. The role leads and develops a team of trainers, owns associate and leader training programs, partners with EU learning teams, evaluates training initiatives, and provides coaching and leadership development. It also supports operational improvement through KPI analysis, data management, problem-solving, meetings, recruitment activities, and project work. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree, team-management experience, stakeholder collaboration, performance-metric analysis, and advanced Excel and AI skills; logistics, data-driven operations, change management, and process-improvement experience are preferred. The minimum gross base salary is 10,991.67 PLN per month.
