Brunswick Corporation is hiring for its Operations Management Development Program (OMDP), a two-year rotational program for full-time undergraduate students graduating in Spring 2027. The program provides on-the-job learning in manufacturing operations, including shop-floor work, project teams, performance evaluation, Lean initiatives, and frontline leadership, with rotations across functions such as materials management, purchasing, manufacturing engineering, quality, production planning, and frontline supervision. Candidates must have permanent United States work authorization, be enrolled in an undergraduate degree in an engineering, operations, supply chain, logistics, or business analytics field, and be willing to relocate to one of the listed manufacturing locations. The program offers $75,000 annually plus a discretionary bonus and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
