The role manages production schedules, capacity and materials planning, operational meetings, quality and cost-of-quality analysis, safety compliance, employee development, hiring, performance management, and continuous improvement through Lean, safety, and quality initiatives. The position may require extended standing, walking, working in tight spaces, clean-room activities, and use of personal protective equipment.
