Description
The Program Director, IDD Services/ICF Group Homes will manage one to four community-based programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include overseeing direct supports, person-centered planning, healthcare, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and program delivery; managing program staff; and making personnel decisions. The role requires a bachelor's degree, IDD experience, and on-call availability, and offers a full-time schedule with an annual salary of $57,500 and benefits.
