This immersive experience aims to cultivate future leaders in poultry processing operations, offering extensive exposure to various processing departments like Live Haul, First Processing, Second Processing, Debone, Tray Pack, and Shipping. The program emphasizes developing leadership, problem-solving, and operational excellence skills through mentorship, challenging projects, and continuous feedback. Successful participants will be eligible for supervisory placements within Processing Operations.
