Description
The Operations Manager Trainee II is a 9-to-12-month rotational leadership program for a hauling location. The trainee will work across drivers, mechanics, dispatch, route optimization, safety, customer service, compliance, and operational KPIs, then graduate into a frontline leadership role such as Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager. The program requires relocation within Wisconsin, Illinois, or the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and offers a bachelor’s degree or equivalent life or military experience; prior waste-industry experience is not required.
