Tyson Foods is hiring an Operations Management Trainee (OMT) for a developmental leadership role in a plant environment. The position is intended for recent graduates or candidates with 1+ year of relevant experience in manufacturing, production, agriculture, poultry, food production, or operations. The trainee will work with plant leadership to analyze operational metrics, improve safety, quality, yield, and efficiency, troubleshoot issues, support staffing and production planning, and contribute to continuous improvement and cost savings while rotating across shifts for operational exposure.
