Description
Entry-level Management Trainee role in a 16-week Operations Management Trainee Program focused on transportation-industry fundamentals, cross-dock operations, leadership communication, relationship building, and preparation for an initial supervisory role in operations. The trainee completes guided and independent study, works with Support Center and Service Center associates, observes customer sales calls with an Account Manager, and occasionally rides along on local delivery routes. A bachelor's degree in Transportation or Logistics or two years of related experience is required, along with an acceptable driving history, relocation flexibility, communication skills, basic computer skills, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. The position is first shift and pays approximately $50,000-$60,000 annually.
