Description
The Manager, Operations will direct and supervise employees, contractors, and consultants responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation, maintenance, and repair of hydroelectric facilities and associated equipment on the Androscoggin River. The role oversees compliance with health, safety, security, environmental, regulatory, and ISO-NE requirements; coordinates repairs during power system disruptions; develops procedures, documentation, training, audits, and reports; and manages multiple projects in a complex environment. The position requires strong supervisory, communication, planning, problem-solving, technical, and safety knowledge, along with a valid driver’s license and frequent travel along the Androscoggin River basin.
