The role oversees overall operations including process flow, personnel, inventory, reporting, production schedules, supervisors, staffing, training, performance, procedures, continuous improvement, budgets, and business strategy, with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and customer service in a manufacturing environment. The position is full-time and offers a salary of $80,000 to $120,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and other perks.
