CJ Schwan’s is hiring an Operations Manager for its new 360,000-square-foot Asian-style food manufacturing facility in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The role leads production systems and supervisors, drives loss elimination and operational efficiency, coaches operators, manages projects and resources, and supports accurate operational data, cost management, and scheduling. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of relevant operations or leadership experience. The position offers a base salary of $75,000 to $125,000 annually plus a potential 15% annual incentive bonus and comprehensive health benefits.
