Description
The Operations Manager oversees the operational efficiency, compliance, cash management, staffing, and customer-service support of a bank branch. The role supervises tellers and other operational staff, conducts audits, monitors regulatory compliance, manages branch supplies and equipment, and collaborates with the Branch Manager and other teams to improve processes and achieve branch goals. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field or equivalent experience, at least five years of banking experience, three years of supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with banking systems; Korean is preferred. The full-time position pays $77,000–$80,000 annually plus bonus and benefits.
