Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is hiring an Operations Manager - 2nd Shift to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production planning, safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost control, workforce management, and continuous improvement. The role coordinates with cross-functional teams, manages operational metrics and budgets, and reports performance to plant leadership. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of manufacturing operations experience, bilingual Spanish-English ability, and strong leadership and analytical skills are required.
