Description
The Production Manager directs and coordinates production department activities, including scheduling, staffing, inventory, quality, equipment readiness, production data analysis, operational problem resolution, and performance management. The role supervises 1–5 non-supervisory employees and 5–15 subordinate supervisors overseeing 10–100 production employees, and requires a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in an FDA-regulated medical or pharmaceutical industry.
