Description
Vego Garden is hiring an Operations Manager to convert company priorities into cross-functional operational projects and measurable results across warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, and operations systems. The role emphasizes KPI dashboards, project execution, continuous improvement, cost reduction, ERP/WMS and automation improvements, warehouse and 3PL setup, safety and quality compliance, and developing supervisors, while partnering with teams in the United States and China. Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese and at least five years of relevant operations, warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution leadership experience are required.
