Alltrista Plastics LLC seeks an operations and manufacturing leader to develop and execute operations strategies, manage budgets and cost centers, optimize high-volume precision injection molding processes, lead staff, and improve quality, cost, delivery, innovation, safety, morale, and sustainability. The role oversees manufacturing KPIs/OEE, lean initiatives, production and quality problem resolution, business planning, employee development, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on medical plastics clean-room manufacturing.
