Oceanarium Bournemouth is hiring a permanent Operations Manager to oversee the daily operation of all non-animal functions at its aquarium attraction. Reporting to the UK Director, the role manages seasonal recruitment and development, operational teams, health and safety, cash handling, budgets, facilities, maintenance, cleaning, guest service, visitor satisfaction, commercial performance, and the Admissions, Retail, and Catering departments. The position is in person, requires prior visitor-attraction, leisure, hospitality, or tourism management experience, and offers a salary of £32,000–£38,000 per year depending on experience.
