Green Plains Inc. is hiring a full-time Operations Manager to lead plant operations, including safety, quality, production, costs, staffing, project management, and employee development. The role manages the process operations team and Process Team Leads, coordinates with maintenance, engineering, and other plant managers, and reports to the Plant Manager. It requires at least five years of technical or plant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with MS Office, OSI PI or similar process historians, and Maximo or SAP. The position offers a $112,000 annual salary, an annual bonus, and health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
