Crosby is hiring an Operations Manager to own and scale the firm’s human-in-the-loop legal workflows. The role designs and implements operational processes across legal delivery, quality control, training, and client success; partners with product and engineering to prototype and deploy internal tools; and operationalizes playbooks, training systems, and incentives. Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in operations, consulting, finance, or a similarly analytical and execution-focused environment, with a preference for former founders.
