Description
Secil is hiring an Operations Manager (Aggregates and Concrete) for its Secil Brimade and Secil Beto Madeira operations. The role oversees production, quality, cost, and efficiency objectives; coordinates aggregate extraction, transportation, and concrete production; manages human resources, machinery, and production assets; monitors operational KPIs; leads continuous improvement and investment projects; promotes digital management tools; and ensures compliance with safety, health, environmental, and licensing requirements. The profile requires a relevant engineering degree, at least eight years of supervisory or operational management experience, machinery and maintenance knowledge, KPI analysis experience, computer proficiency, and availability to work in Madeira.
