Description
Commure is hiring a full-time Operations Manager, Air to own the end-to-end onboarding and launch of new customers on Athelas Air, an EHR platform. The role partners with Engineering, Launch, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to map customer workflows, develop technical specifications, create launch playbooks, manage implementation plans and risks, build operational tools, and support adoption through hypercare. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and approximately 2–5 years of operations or project management experience in SaaS or HealthTech, and is based in the Mountain View, California office.
