Operations Manager APAC_ Invoice Processing and Inquiry Management at The businesses of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany

The company is hiring an Invoice Processing and Inquiry Management Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end invoice processing operations. The role manages the invoice processing team, oversees invoice matching, coding, approvals, payment processing, compliance, KPIs, escalated discrepancies, vendor and stakeholder collaboration, ERP system use, reporting, and process automation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of accounts payable or invoice processing experience, more than 5 years in a managerial role, and expertise in accounts payable processes, invoice matching, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
