GardaWorld is hiring a full-time Operations Manager in Orlando, Florida, to oversee cash-services site operations, budgets, quality, staffing, audits, payroll, and operational reporting. The role requires 3–5 years of operations management experience, P&L and financial reporting experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree in business management or comparable education and experience. Preferred qualifications include armored, currency-processing, and bank operations experience and DOT knowledge.
